Availability and Reservations We are currently taking reservations for overnight stays in 2008 and 2009. You can check which dates are currently available on our Availability Calendar. To make a reservation, call Shannon at 620-480-1357 or send an email to shannon@maplememories.com Try out our new Message Board where you can look for groups that may have available spots, or find someone to fill a spot in your own group's reservation! Group Rates for 2008 Weekends (FRI & SAT; 2 night stay required) - $595 per night ($49 per person based on 12 person occupancy) Weekdays (SUN - THU) - $250 per night ($21 per person based on 12 person occupancy) Gift Certificates are available in any dollar amount. They make wonderful gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, Mother's Day, or any other time of year. * Please note that we are not a Bed and Breakfast, as the owner is not on site during your stay and meals are not provided. We do have a fully stocked kitchen for you to prepare meals and a wonderful selection of tools for you to pursue your hobby. The intent is that all reservations are made in advance by a group. We do not rent out individual rooms.
HOSTED WEEKEND SCHEDULED FOR JUNE 6 - 8, 2008!! There are only 2 spots left!!! The cost is $130 and includes:
- 48 hours of uninterrupted crop time (4 pm Fri - 4 pm Sun)
- All meals, snacks, and beverages provided by Maple Memories (From Friday to Sunday)
- Sleeping accommodations
- TERRIFIC Prizes and make-n-takes. Each guest will also receive a Gift Certificate towards a future stay at Maple Memories!!!
- Lots of fun and new friends!!
This is the weekend crop you've been looking for!! It's a great opportunity for those of you that have been interested in a retreat weekend, but may not know enough other scrapbookers (or other paper crafters) to join you!! The owner is on-site during a Hosted Weekend. Make some time for yourself this year!! A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is due when you sign up to hold your spot and the remaining is due by May 15, 2008. DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS MAY 15, 2008.
